The sake is brewed from the well known Yamadanishiki sake rice which is milled 40%. The brewery uses the soft water of the Fukui and it lends the sake its beautiful flavor. The Kokuryu Ryu is known as the ‘Gold Dragon’. It has a fine balance of delicacy and robust. The ake has a bouquet that will remind you of cedar wood and earth. The flavor of the drink complements the aroma, and
astes of rice. It has a nice, enjoyable acidity.
